FMCAD is the top event for formal verification of electronic circuits and systems. Together with the high quality technical presentations, this year FMCAD will also feature an exhibition. If your organization is part of the formal verification industry, you need to exhibit at FMCAD! The audience of the conference represents decision-makers at all levels of the buying process from the leading semiconductor, computer, telecommunication and consumer electronics companies. The usual FMCAD attendees are highly qualified design engineers, corporate and engineering managers, developers, and researchers. FMCAD is a unique opportunity to showcase your company and products.
How to apply for exhibition space? You can apply for exhibition space selecting one of the following TWO options:
- Submitting a tool paper (4 pages) or tool presentation (15 slides) to the industrial track of the conference using the paper submitting system. The requirements for tool papers are described here: Call for Paper. Instructions for submission can be found on the submission page. Deadline is May 12, 2010 (abstract deadline May 5, 2010).
- Sending a message expressing your intentions and describing what you want to exhibit to the industrial track chairs (Wolfgang Ecker and Cindy Eisner). Deadline is August 1, 2010. Note that since space is limited, FMCAD will not be able to accept every request for a booth, and that preference will be given to requests by authors of accepted tool presentations.
Notification of acceptance will be sent on July 7, 2010 for the tool paper and tool presentation submissions and September 1, 2010 for the applications by e-mail.
How much does it cost?FMCAD 2010 provides free-of-charge exhibition space. However participants must still register. Once your proposal is approved by the industrial chairs, in order to exhibit you need to pay the registration cost for each member which will be present at your booth. The registration costs are 525$ per person for regular registration, 425$ per person for early registration. The registration covers the full conference attendance with lunches, coffee breaks, and a banquet. It will allow the distribution of the promotion material of your company as part of the registration package to all participants of the conference.
What do I get?Once the exhibition space is granted to you, you will get a space of 3.5 * 3.5 meters where you can place your booth. Wireless access and power sockets will be available for all exhibitors. Desks, chairs and stands for posters are also available and will be provided upon request to be addressed to Francesco Regazzoni. If your organization has specific requests, regarding different accommodation and spaces, you can address them to Francesco Regazzoni.
